Michael Boerner is the founder and CEO of Unity Media Group and Unity Medical, Inc. With a goal of establishing Unity Media Group & Unity Medical as leading technology provider’s of web based communication applications for the professional markets, Michael envisions a “new normal” where the constraints of time, practice and location of sharing information are removed.

Boerner has fine-tuned the strategic focus of both companies to include three long-term growth opportunities: next-generation web 3.0 communication products and services;  superior user engagement; and the development of a personalized information ecosystem.

Prior to founding Unity Media Group & Unity Medical, Boerner founded Mission Media a successful  values-based media syndication company. Boerner is a national speaker and award-winning film and video producer who specializes in public relations and media communications.

Michael lives in Boise, Idaho with his wife of 20 years, Natalie and their 4 daughters.

As Chief Operations Officer of Unity Media Group and Unity Medical Ken is responsible for shaping the overall operations strategy and technology agenda and oversees both corporate development and marketing functions for both organizations.

Prior to joining Unity Media Group in 2009 Ken held various executive leadership positions in Technology,  Facility Design & Architecture, and Faith-based organizations around the globe. As a business owner, Ken has lent his expertise to some of the most respected companies in healthcare, manufacturing, education, and houses of worship nationwide.

As a sought after consultant Ken shared his expertise and made an impact working with start-up and turn around situations where creative leadership, vision and organizational excellence were required. To date, Ken holds numerous technology patents with several more pending.

Ken resides in Eagle, Idaho with his wife Robin and their children Megan and Steven.

As the Chief Financial Officer of Unity Media Group & Unity Medical Nick is responsible for both company’s overall financial activities, including business unit finance, treasury, tax and controllership.

Nick is a veteran of the finance industry since completing his enlistment in the United States Marine Corps over a decade ago. He has considerable experience in the healthcare arena, serving as the top financial executive at numerous healthcare facilities.

Nick is an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the American Academy of Medical Administrators and is involved in numerous veterans’ organizations including the Marine Corps League, Military Order of Devil Dogs and the American Legion.

Nick has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Averett College and an MBA from West Virginia Wesleyan.

Nick resides in Nampa, Idaho with his wife of sixteen years, Ruby and their two young children.

Evans Baiya is a fifteen year veteran of the technology industry. As Chief Technology Officer, Evans oversees product development for Unity Media Group and Unity Medical web-based platforms and is instrumental in determining the strategic direction and implementation of technology strategy.

Evans has a strong background in software development and spent the last 10 years working for Applied Materials, Inc. where he held executive leadership positions in Technology management, Engineering and Business Development.

Evans has written more than thirty peer-reviewed publications in technology and business development and holds several technology patents. Evans is an adjunct professor of business at Northwest Nazarene University and is currently working to obtain his doctorate in business.

Evans lives in Meridian, Idaho with his wife Jackie and their daughter Kaytlin.

As the Vice President of Strategic Development for Unity Medical, Inc. Mike will lead the company’s strategic partnership strategies and development efforts in the Healthcare Industry.

Prior to joining Unity Medical, Inc. Mike held various senior level management positions within the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and Managed Care industries. As an executive team leader Mike lead the western regional activity for planning, development and launch of Boehringer Mannheim and Centocor™ – a wholly owned subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson™. In addition, Mike was instrumental in taking to market Remicade™, which has been classified as one of the top seven-lifesaving drugs of all time and currently holds a market place value of $5 billion.

Mike’s professional recognition and awards include three years as a Centocor, Inc. President’s Club winner, recipient of the prestigious Johnson & Johnson Volunteer Recognition grant award – only 26 employees have been recognized in all of Johnson & Johnson for this honor, a board advisor for field compensation and a seat on the National sales advisory team.

Mike resides in Boise Idaho with his wife Julianne and their four children.

As VP of Production, Jason will oversee all facets of media production for both Unity Media & Unity Medical, Inc. His responsibilities include all pre-production, production and post-production, distribution, operations, and location management.

Prior to joining Unity Corporation, Jason was the founder & CEO of Highway 9 Films, an entertainment company that developed and produced multi-media properties including television interstitials and promos, internet media, electronic press, television series, documentaries and feature films. To date, Highway 9 Films has partnered in the production of 7 feature films, 2 feature documentaries, 5 television commercial and branding campaigns, dozens of corporate and non-profit projects and pilot production for multiple television series.

With over 15 years experience in the film industry Jason has developed dozens of great projects and completed production on four studio features: DR. DOLITTLE, CAN’T HARDLY WAIT, 28 DAYS, and CHARLIE’S ANGELS. Jason holds long standing relationships with Fox, Sony Pictures Entertainment, and Twentieth Century Fox Studios.

Jason lives in Idaho with his wife Mellany and their three daughters.
